Ooh la la, Folly’s is putting on another one of its famous French Nights!
 
Join us Thursday 9 April for a French-inspired four-course dinner, with a menu from our resident French chef Tristan Bigouret, for $85 per person.
 
We’re also curating a bespoke French wine list for the occasion.

Beef Carpaccio, caper berry, basil, pistachio pesto (GF)
Salmon Tartare, baby caper, eschalot, parsley, crème fraiche (GF)

Second Course

Seared Sea Bream, potato rosti, bouillabaisse sauce

Beef Cheek Bourguignonne, potato aligot

Mesclun, plum vinaigrette (VG/GF)

Fourth Course

Lemon Meringue Tart
